Wed., Dec. 20 is an early dismissal day (12:30PM).
Most of the school districts will honor the early dismissal with the exception of the following 2 districts: Pennridge & Souderton School Districts.
If your daughter rides the bus from these 2 districts, please make alternative afternoon transportation arrangements for the 12:30PM early dismissal. *All other school districts will provide afternoon busing at 12:30PM. |
The GMAHS School Store is open for all of your holiday shopping needs! Online shopping is open 24/7 and the store will be open from 10AM-2PM on December 13 & 14 and 9AM-2PM on December 18 & 19. Questions can be directed to schoolstore@flcoastline.com.

Beginning this cycle, the Academic Success Center will be a touchdown point for students needing help with Math. In an effort to allow students get more individualized feedback/extra help in English, students can find English teachers in the following satellite locations during CP and WIN: - B Days - Ms. Daly (Room 7)

| WINTER FORMAL TICKETS: ON SALE NOW! |
Tickets for this year's Winter Formal will be on sale from Friday, December 8th to Friday, December 15th. Tickets are $20 each.
Freshmen and Sophomores will have their formal, "Starry Night," on Saturday, January 27th from 7-10PM. The formal for Juniors and Seniors, "Enchanted," will take place on Saturday, February 10th from 7-10PM. Tickets for both events will only be sold until the 15th—make sure to purchase using the link flcoastline.com/winterformal

SPOTLIGHT ON CREW COACH ETHAN PASCUCCI |

Ethan Pascucci, a coach of Gwynedd Rowing's freshmen, and brother of Charley Pascucci '25, will be featured in an upcoming episode of "A Home for the Holidays," a TV special on CBS which raises awareness and celebrated families whose lives have been changed through adoption. The segment will highlight Ethan's journey and will include interviews with Head Coach, Lou McCormick, as well as a few of our student-athletes.
The special will air on Friday, Dec. 22 (8PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network, and stream on Paramount+. Be sure to check it out! |

EXTERNSHIP/INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS

The application for the 2024 Camp Inspire Internships and Summer Externships is open from December 1st through January 14th. Rising juniors and seniors are invited to complete the application for externships. Students in any grade are invited to submit their interest in being a Camp Inspire counselor.

GMAHS is proud to have partnered with TruMark Financial Credit Union to bring their Financial Reality Fair to school on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. 9th, 10th, and 11th grades will take turns stopping by the fair where they will learn about budgeting.
We are in need of 10 more volunteers to help staff the various stations that students will visit at the event. If you are available from 8AM to 1PM on January 17th, please complete the form to sign up.

MERCY HOSPICE DINNER: CANCELLED |
We are disappointed to announce that the Mercy Hospice Dinner, scheduled for Monday, has been cancelled due to illness among the Mercy Hospice Community.
Thank you for the support and enthusiasm shown by our Mothers’ Club and students for this beloved annual event. Your donations will not go to waste! We will be actively working towards rescheduling the dinner in the late winter/early spring, and we hope to count on your continued support then. In the meantime, please know that we will deliver all gift items, the giving tree presents, and the centerpieces created at our November workshop to the residents at Mercy Hospice on Monday.

Seniors received an application for participation in the Fashion Show last week. There are many roles to fill – models, presenters, and runway assistants. Any senior who would like to participate in any way must fill out an application and submit a one-paragraph bio to be considered, and applications must be received in the Advancement office by Monday December 11 at 4PM. Invitations will be sent before Christmas break, so start organizing your table of 10 now!

The McAuley’s Pub Night committee, chaired by Tory Munoz P’25, is off and running with plans for an evening of Irish food, entertainment, and merriment on March 2, 2024. This year, proceeds from Pub Night will go to the Campaign for a New Monarch Wing.
